Empowering Development! KKU welcomes a study group from the Office of the Civil Service Commission to exchange ideas for sustainable development.
On March 27, 2025, the Office of Sustainable Enterprises and Society, Khon Kaen University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thidarat Boonmas, Vice President for Sustainable Enterprises and Society, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yupha Hanboonsong, Lecturer in Entomology and Plant Pathology, Faculty of Agriculture, and Dr. Chutinan Chusai, Manager of Industrial Insects Division, welcomed the study group from the Bangkok Civil Service Commission Office (BCC) under the project to develop the potential of executives and prepare for leadership in future city missions. The 46th training course for primary metropolitan administrators led by Mrs. Jongjit Rattanasupasin, Assistant Director of the BCC Office (Travel Leader), along with Ms. Pawarisa Thosanthad, Director of the Executive Development Administration Division, Bangkok Human Resource Development Institute, and a group of more than 70 people, studied and exchanged knowledge at the Sarasin Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Kaenkalapapruek Building, Khon Kaen University. In this regard, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thidarat Boonmas gave a lecture on the topic “Creating Collaboration for Sustainable Community and Social Development” presented the integration of knowledge and collaboration between Khon Kaen University, government agencies and communities to systematically and sustainably develop society, including promoting the application of the university’s potential, knowledge and innovation to produce results at the local level to further develop sustainable communities and society.
